Dialog when creating SelectionItem

Open a QDialog when creating a Point using right-click to provide name/color/size, with a button to go in interactive mode (like now). The same dialog could be used on "right-click > edit properties" on the point (both in LayerView and in TemporalPlotView.points_view).

Same for Reference and Profile ?
