Using AiiDA official core image

AiiDA Team now maintains docker images with AiiDA (see AiiDA documentation) which could maybe replace Diamond's aiida-core apptainer image on the long run. The main benefit would probably be to ensure maintenance of compability between AiiDA and services like rabbitMQ or PostgreSQL. However this would require some work because the use of aiida Docker image including services with Apptainer is not straightforward.
