Amitex container update

AMITEX_FFTP container was pushed to the container registry as a containerized house-code test.

Some modifications are still required:

  • update container version to latest AMITEX release
  • add definition file to this repository for reproducibility and integration to existing pipeline
  • Write tutorial to publish on Diamond website.
