[ODD > HTML] Afficher licence, comment citer & date dernière modification

Pour préparer le format html du schéma d'encodage au dépôt dans Nakala, il faudrait récupérer de l'odd et afficher dans l'html les informations suivantes :

• licence
• comment citer le manuel
• date de dernière modification (quand on génère le html)
