Devellop glm_fit utilitary

GLM fit classe could be re-develloped

• Fit from expr is ok
• Fit from MathExpr do not work --> need a method .new(params)
• MathExpr or Other Themis Class need to decompose params to be optimized from variables
• impact other files

Need a new implementation in ThemisMath for multiparams expr externalize functions
