Dev workflow

• pre-commit (doc for devs)
• pep8
• lock master branch
• snippets to remember the workflow (feature branch update / merge requests...)
• move to gitlab.com
• variable/function/class/keys name convention written in the doc (and enforced in the code)
• settle on a set of labels for issues
