EXT Nils Kasch requested to merge CI into master

New CI workflow to test the aiida-numodis plugin. A new example has also been added to test the plugin with numodis input file from lammps.

The CI is intended to run on most runners, but it still requires numodis to be publicly released.

For now, only the first job can be run on any runner. To access the full CI, one should use a specific runner with a Numodis Apptainer image linked to it.

Once numodis is released, the only required change will be to pull the Apptainer image instead of binding a local one through the runner configuration, enabling the CI to run on any runner.
