This merge request introduces the full project documentation and improves the repository structure in accordance with the Medallion architecture and evaluation criteria.

Added a complete README.md:

  • Project description and objectives
  • Detailed structure of Bronze/Silver/Gold layers
  • Setup instructions and environment configuration
  • Step-by-step execution pipeline
  • Explanation of notebooks and visualization logic

This MR aims to make the project easier to understand, maintain, and reproduce for both team members and evaluators.
